Elite PathBusiness Consultancy

Live DashboardsAudit by AI.

A solution for frequent financial reporting deadlines, for better decision making.

The problem is not the ERP nor the staff. The problem is that decision makers receive financial data late — and it still needs correcting when it arrives.

Elite Path gives your organisation audited financial data through live dashboards, aligned with the rules and regulations that govern it — VAT, CT, IFRS, Transfer Pricing, Escrow, DHA, FTA

Where would you like to start?

01

CFO Services

Cash flow, budgeting and forecasting, consolidation across every entity — read from the systems you already run, shown on live group dashboards, with your finance team supervised, not replaced.

02

Internal Audit — Powered by AI

Every transaction tested every night, not five percent of them once a year. Duplicate payments, self-approvals and unusual postings surface while they can still be reversed.

03

Tax Management — Powered by AI

Corporate Tax, VAT, transfer pricing and free zone status monitored as the year runs, so nothing is discovered in the week before a filing is due.

04

Financial Advisory

A defined piece of work with an end date: buying or selling a company, valuation, restructuring, or preparing the group for outside investment.

Everyone sees the same truth, cut to their altitude.

The chairman does not want forty charts. He wants to know what needs him this week. The property manager does not want the group balance sheet. She wants her building's arrears. Same data, seven windows into it.

  • Chairman — one screen, and what needs a decision
  • CEO — entities, projects, trend
  • CFO — consolidation, tax position, open exceptions
  • COO — construction, handover, occupancy
  • Entity Manager — their own company's numbers
  • Property or Project Manager — their building, their site
  • Team member — the queue of items that are theirs to clear

We understand finance first. AI comes second.

That difference decides everything. Someone who has done the work knows which step in your process is actually causing the problem — and that is the step worth automating. Everything on this site starts from a finance function, not from a tool.

We work with the team you already have

We do not replace your people or your software. We fix what is not working and keep what is.

We handle group structures

Several companies, intercompany transactions, consolidation, transfer pricing — the work most providers avoid.

A qualified person signs the work

AI does the heavy lifting. A finance professional reviews the result and stands behind it. That signature is the product.

What this looks like in practice

An illustrative example, to show how the work changes things. It is not a client engagement.

Before

  • Seven companies, five locations
  • Reports rebuilt in Excel every month
  • Consolidation done by hand
  • Intercompany balances chased by email
  • Numbers ready on day fifteen
  • Audit findings arrive eleven months late

After — same group, same team, same software

  • Systems connected, read-only
  • Consolidation runs itself overnight
  • Intercompany matched automatically, both sides
  • Variances explained before anyone asks
  • One dashboard per role, updated daily
  • Exceptions raised the morning after they happen

The question in the monthly meeting changes from what happened last month to what do we do about next month.

Start with a look, not a contract.

Give us read-only access for two weeks. We come back with what your numbers say about your group — and you decide from there.

The most useful first message says how many legal entities you have, what systems they run on, and what you cannot currently see. We reply within one working day.

The solution

A layer above your accounting, not a replacement for it.

You have already paid for your systems and trained your people on them. Elite Path does not ask you to undo that. We sit above whatever you run — Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Sage, Odoo, Oracle, SAP, Yardi, or a mix across entities — and turn it into one governed picture of the group.

What you already run, and where we attach

Finance is only part of it. A group's numbers are scattered across leasing systems, payroll, CRM, bank portals and a great many spreadsheets. We read all of it. None of it changes.

WHAT YOU GET
Role dashboards

Chairman to team member, each seeing only their own scope.

Alerts and notifications

Pendings, corrections and approvals, sent to the person who can act.

Audit trail

Every finding timestamped with the rule it broke and how it was resolved.

Board and tax pack

Consolidated statements and filing evidence, ready rather than rebuilt.

Systems named are examples, not an exhaustive list. If yours is not here, it is almost certainly still readable — including systems that hold no accounting data at all.

Read-only

We never write to your ledger. Nothing we do can change a number your accountant posted.

Every entity

Different systems in different companies is normal. We map them to one group chart of accounts.

Every night

Consolidation, elimination and testing run while the office is closed.

UAE rules built in

Corporate Tax, VAT, transfer pricing, free zone status and IFRS, kept current as the law moves.

The three that run continuously

CFO Services

The senior finance judgement a group needs, delivered against a live system rather than a monthly meeting. Your existing accountants keep the ledger. We own the quality of what comes out of it.

  • Cash-Flow Management — cash position across every entity and every bank, forecast thirteen weeks out, with covenant and facility headroom watched continuously
  • Budgeting & Forecasting — budget against actual by entity, project and building, re-forecast as the year moves rather than once at year end
  • Group Dashboards — one live screen per role, from chairman to site manager, and a board pack drafted from that same data instead of rebuilt each quarter
  • Multi-entity Consolidation — consolidation across both parent levels with intercompany elimination done automatically, agreed from both sides
  • Finance Team Supervision — monthly close run to a published calendar with the blockers visible daily, and your existing accountants supervised, not replaced
  • Connect Your Existing Systems — read-only links to the accounting, property and document systems you already run. Nothing is migrated and nothing is replaced

Internal Audit — Powered by AI

A traditional internal audit reads a sample. Ours reads all of it, overnight, and again the next night. Findings arrive while the payment can still be stopped and while the person involved still remembers the transaction.

  • Duplicate and near-duplicate payments across entities and banks
  • Entries posted and approved by the same person
  • Vendors sharing a bank account, address or phone number with an employee
  • Round-sum journals, weekend postings, entries backdated into a closed period
  • Purchase orders raised after the invoice date
  • Credit notes issued to customers who never paid
  • Every finding timestamped with the rule it broke and how it was resolved

Tax Management — Powered by AI

Tax problems in a group are almost never discovered by the tax return. They are built into ordinary transactions months earlier. We watch the transactions.

  • Corporate Tax position by entity, tracked through the year rather than at year end
  • Free zone qualifying income monitored, with a warning before mainland revenue puts the status at risk
  • Transfer pricing on every related-party charge, tested against arm's length
  • Transfer pricing disclosure and local file evidence assembled as you go
  • VAT treatment checked by supply: first residential sale, residential lease, commercial, mixed use
  • Input VAT apportionment and reverse charge on imported services
  • Economic substance and ultimate beneficial owner obligations tracked by entity

Financial Advisory

Separate from the retainer, and priced separately. This is work with a beginning and an end, usually because something is about to change.

  • Buying a company — financial due diligence and what the numbers do not say
  • Selling a company or a stake — preparing the group so it survives a buyer's scrutiny
  • Valuation for a shareholder exit, a family settlement or a bank
  • Group restructuring, including moving assets between entities without a tax surprise
  • Raising debt or equity — the pack, the model and the questions you will be asked
  • Feasibility on a new project or a new market

How an engagement is priced

By the number of legal entities, the transaction volume behind them, and how far down the organisation the dashboards go. Not by the hour, and not more in a busy month.

Group Review

A one-time diagnostic. We connect, read your last full year and tell you what it says. Most groups start here.

Fixed fee, one time

  • Read-only connection to all entities
  • Full-year transaction testing

Financial Advisory is quoted separately for each engagement, because no two are the same size. It can be taken without a retainer.

Security, access and independence

We cannot change your numbers

Access is read-only at the database and API level. There is no route by which Elite Path can post, edit or delete an entry in your ledger. Your audit trail stays yours.

Your data stays in the UAE

Group data is held and processed on UAE-resident infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train anything.

You control who sees what

Every role sees only its own scope. An entity manager cannot see another entity. Salary detail is visible only where you say it is.

Where Elite Path acts as your internal audit function, we do not also prepare the records we are testing. Where we prepare records, an independent reviewer signs the testing. That separation is written into the engagement letter, not left to good intentions.

Our method

Look first. Fix the process. Then automate.

Automating a broken process only makes it fail faster. So we do not start with the technology. We start by understanding how your finance function actually runs, and you approve each step before we move to the next one.

Finance assessment

We look at how finance runs today — the people, the processes, the systems, the data, the controls and the reporting — before changing anything at all.

PeopleProcesses SystemsDataControlsReporting

Finance transformation

We fix the process and the controls first. This is the unglamorous part, and it is the part that decides whether everything after it works.

AI and automation

Now the AI goes in — onto a process that already works, using the systems you already run. Nothing is replaced and nobody is retrained.

Finance intelligence

Your data becomes the dashboards you actually use to run the business — one per role, from the chairman down to the team member, and you can ask questions of them.

Continuous AI finance

Every month we review what is working, fix what is not, and retire one more manual step. The engagement gets lighter over time rather than heavier.

The first six weeks, practically

No migration project, no parallel run, no training programme. The heaviest thing we ask of you is a read-only login and two conversations.

Days 1–5

Read-only access to each entity's accounting system. Different systems in different companies is normal. Nothing is installed on your machines.

Weeks 2–3

We build one group chart of accounts and map every entity onto it, then identify each intercompany relationship. Around six hours of your CFO's time.

Week 4

The system reads your last complete year and tests it. This first pass is the one that surprises people. You get the findings before any dashboard opens.

Weeks 5–6

Chairman, CEO and CFO dashboards go live. Once those three are trusted, we extend down through operations at your pace.

What we need from you

  • Read-only access to each entity's accounting system
  • Your current trial balance and last audited accounts
  • The group structure and shareholding
  • Existing intercompany agreements, if they exist
  • About six hours of your CFO's time in the first month

What we do not need

  • To change your accounting software
  • To move your data out of the UAE
  • To retrain your accountants
  • Write access to anything
  • A long contract before you have seen the findings

About

Elite Path Business Consultancy

We have spent years inside UAE groups doing the work by hand — the consolidations, the intercompany chases, the audits that arrive too late to be useful. The dashboards exist because we already know exactly where a group's profitability improves, and none of it needed a person to find it.

How we operate

  • Based in Dubai, working across the UAE
  • Your data stays on UAE-resident infrastructure
  • Read-only access to client systems, always
  • Independence between preparation and testing, written into the engagement
  • Findings go to the board, not only to the finance team
  • English and Arabic

Finance people first. AI is how we work.

We have worked inside finance departments, not alongside them — closing the books, explaining the numbers to a board, answering the auditor's questions, and building the reports management actually reads. That is why we usually know where your problem is before you finish describing it.

We work in the UAE, with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, e-invoicing, IFRS reporting and group structures across mainland and free zone companies.

We use AI to do the repetitive work faster and more completely — and a qualified person reviews and signs off what comes out of it.

What you get in a first conversation

  • You speak to a finance person, not a salesperson reading from a script
  • An honest answer — if we are not the right fit, we will say so
  • No obligation. A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing
